FAQ
How are payments made?
Payments are set to the industry standard 50% down deposit to hold the date and the final 50% payment on wedding day. We do full payment prior to the event as in the event of cancellation it is a loss of income to us and once we hold the date we can’t make another booking.
What if I cancel? Do I get a refund?
Down payment is non-refundable within two weeks of wedding day as we hold the date and can’t make another booking.
But if you would like to reschedule, we could apply the deposit to a new available date.
Why are multiple videographers needed?
When filming a live event, having multiple camera angles and operators are essential for capturing the moments especially when guests can stand in your shot or lighting conditions change. Monitoring audio is also another task which ensures clean audio which requires extra attention outside of capturing visuals. The more videographers needed will be determined by us based off your needs for the concept.
What kind of cameras do you use?
We use 4k Cinema DSLR cameras with L Series Canon Lenses. We also use high quality audio capture equipment for clear recordings of speeches & vows. We have the latest stabilizer gimbals, sliders, drones and jibs for cinematic movement.
What kind of lighting do you use?
We prefer to use natural light as much as possible, but we also have High CRI LED lighting kits for filming in underlit lighting situations. Please inquire if lighting of your location is a concern as lighting has increased production level and take more time to set up.
